We are hiring an experienced Sales Manager to lead our sales team in Riyadh. The ideal candidate will have a proven record of achieving sales targets, managing teams, and building strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve business goals.
  • Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to maximize performance.
  • Identify new market opportunities and potential clients across Saudi Arabia.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key customers.
  • Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and customer needs to stay competitive.
  • Prepare regular sales forecasts, reports, and budgets.
  • Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to align sales initiatives with company objectives.
  • Negotiate and close high-value deals while ensuring profitability and client satisfaction.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews, coaching sessions, and sales meetings.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and ethical standards.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
  • 5–8 years of experience in sales, including at least 2 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven success in achieving or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Ability to work under pressure and adapt to a dynamic business environment.
