Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve business goals.
- Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to maximize performance.
- Identify new market opportunities and potential clients across Saudi Arabia.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key customers.
- Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and customer needs to stay competitive.
- Prepare regular sales forecasts, reports, and budgets.
- Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to align sales initiatives with company objectives.
- Negotiate and close high-value deals while ensuring profitability and client satisfaction.
- Conduct regular performance reviews, coaching sessions, and sales meetings.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and ethical standards.
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- 5–8 years of experience in sales, including at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Proven success in achieving or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and negotiation skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to work under pressure and adapt to a dynamic business environment.
