Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Spray Painter and Crew Supervisor with a valid previous JCC Card for direct hire in Dammam. The ideal candidate will manage painting operations and supervise the team to ensure quality and safety standards. This role is a 2-year contract with local transfer.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage the spray painting team on site.
- Perform spray painting tasks according to project specifications.
- Ensure all work meets quality and safety standards.
- Coordinate daily operations to achieve project deadlines efficiently.
- Maintain equipment and materials, ensuring proper use and storage.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a Spray Painter and Crew Supervisor in the same field.
- Valid JCC Card is required.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Knowledge of painting techniques, safety standards, and industry best practices.
- Ability to work on a 2-year contract with local transfer.
