Responsibilities
As an Aluminum Fabricator or Foreman, your key responsibilities will include:
Aluminum Fabricator
- Fabricate aluminum products according to specifications and technical drawings.
- Operate machines and hand tools safely and efficiently.
- Inspect and measure aluminum components to ensure accuracy and quality.
- Assist with installation of aluminum structures at project sites.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment in the factory.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production targets and deadlines.
Foreman
- Supervise fabrication and installation teams on-site and in the workshop.
- Plan, schedule, and coordinate daily work activities to ensure timely project completion.
- Monitor quality control and ensure compliance with safety and company standards.
- Train and mentor junior staff to improve skills and productivity.
- Communicate with clients, contractors, and project managers to address site requirements.
- Maintain records of work progress, materials used, and labor.
