Responsibilities

As an Aluminum Fabricator or Foreman, your key responsibilities will include:

Aluminum Fabricator

  • Fabricate aluminum products according to specifications and technical drawings.
  • Operate machines and hand tools safely and efficiently.
  • Inspect and measure aluminum components to ensure accuracy and quality.
  • Assist with installation of aluminum structures at project sites.
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment in the factory.
  • Collaborate with team members to meet production targets and deadlines.

Foreman

  • Supervise fabrication and installation teams on-site and in the workshop.
  • Plan, schedule, and coordinate daily work activities to ensure timely project completion.
  • Monitor quality control and ensure compliance with safety and company standards.
  • Train and mentor junior staff to improve skills and productivity.
  • Communicate with clients, contractors, and project managers to address site requirements.
