About the Role:
A well-established FMCG company is seeking a motivated and energetic Senior Sales Supervisor or Sales Manager to lead our HORECA sales team. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a proactive approach, and a proven track record in sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise the HORECA sales team to achieve targets.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies.
- Monitor sales performance and ensure sales targets are met.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, distributors, and key accounts.
- Prepare reports using Excel, Word, and Outlook for management review.
- Work efficiently and proactively to support business growth.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in HORECA or FMCG sales.
- Strong knowledge of sales strategies and client management.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- Goal-oriented, proactive, and results-driven.
