Job Responsibilities:
- Maintain and clean all work areas, kitchen equipment, and utensils to the highest hygiene standards
- Assist colleagues in daily kitchen operations and problem-solving
- Learn and help create a wide variety of pastry items and desserts
- Safely and efficiently operate kitchen equipment
- Follow food safety and hygiene standards (HACCP and Municipality regulations)
- Be familiar with preparation methods and standard recipes
- Support food preparation, cooking, plating, and presentation
- Uphold cleanliness and food safety at all times
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of pastry experience
- Hospitality background highly preferred
- Strong verbal communication skills in English
- Dynamic, hardworking, and flexible attitude
- Creative and passionate about pastry and desserts
- Ability to thrive in a high-pressure environment
- Excellent teamwork and interpersonal skills
