Key Responsibilities
- Handle daily office coordination and administrative tasks
- Support equipment rental records, documentation, and scheduling
- Coordinate with site teams, drivers, and management
- Maintain files, invoices, and basic reports
- Assist with office and field coordination when required
Mandatory Requirements
- Valid driving license (mandatory)
- Indian nationality preferred
- Experience in office coordination or administration
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and office procedures
- Good communication and organizational skills
