Key Responsibilities

  • Handle daily office coordination and administrative tasks
  • Support equipment rental records, documentation, and scheduling
  • Coordinate with site teams, drivers, and management
  • Maintain files, invoices, and basic reports
  • Assist with office and field coordination when required

Mandatory Requirements

  • Valid driving license (mandatory)
  • Indian nationality preferred
  • Experience in office coordination or administration
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office and office procedures
  • Good communication and organizational skills
