We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Assistant Programmer to support our furniture production operations. The successful candidate will develop and maintain software programs using Microsoft Access and VBA (Visual Basic for Applications) to improve inventory management, machine control, and reporting systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain software applications using Microsoft Access and VBA.
- Support production systems, including:
- Inventory tracking and management
- Control of computerized manufacturing machines
- Generation of operational and management reports
- Analyze workflows and design efficient software solutions.
- Create and maintain program documentation, workflow charts, and technical specifications.
- Provide technical support and user training as needed.
Required Skills:
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Familiarity with manufacturing or inventory systems is a plus.
Educational Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
