About the Role
We are looking for a skilled Chef de Partie (CDP) with a passion for Modern Indian Cuisine. The ideal candidate will prepare flavorful dishes, ensure high-quality presentation, and bring creativity to every plate. Key Responsibilities
- Prepare, cook, and present modern Indian dishes with consistency and attention to detail.
- Maintain high standards of food quality, hygiene, and kitchen organization.
- Collaborate with the head chef and marketing team to ensure dishes reflect the restaurant’s brand style.
- Supervise and train junior kitchen staff.
- Assist in menu planning and development of new Indian dishes.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of culinary experience specializing in Indian cuisine, preferably in a modern or fusion-style restaurant.
- Strong knowledge of Indian flavors, plating techniques, and presentation skills.
- Familiarity with food styling and social media trends is an advantage.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure and maintain top kitchen standards.
