We are a leading construction company in Bahrain, known for delivering high-quality high-rise and large-scale building projects. To support our growing portfolio, we are hiring Civil and MEP Draftsmen to join our technical team. This role offers the opportunity to work on challenging projects while contributing to accurate and efficient design execution.
Job Responsibilities
- Prepare and update detailed civil and MEP drawings according to project requirements.
- Convert architectural and engineering concepts into precise technical drafts.
- Coordinate with engineers, architects, and site teams to ensure accuracy of drawings.
- Revise drawings based on client instructions or site modifications.
- Ensure all drawings follow local building codes, technical standards, and quality guidelines.
- Prepare shop drawings, as-built documentation, and technical submittals.
- Maintain drawing files with proper version control and documentation.
Candidate Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering (or equivalent).
- Minimum of 3 years’ drafting experience, preferably in high-rise or large-scale construction in the GCC.
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, and other CAD software.
- Strong understanding of civil and MEP systems, construction practices, and detailing.
- Ability to interpret engineering documents and create coordinated drawings.
- Excellent attention to detail, accuracy, and time management.
- Knowledge of Bahrain construction regulations is an advantage.
