We are hiring a Civil Project Engineer for a leading construction company in Bahrain. The role requires strong leadership, site management skills, and solid experience in building construction projects.
Job Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage daily civil construction activities on site.
- Lead and coordinate a workforce of 200+ employees to ensure smooth project execution.
- Ensure all work complies with safety standards, site regulations, and statutory requirements.
- Monitor project progress, resolve site issues, and support timely delivery.
- Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers to meet project requirements.
- Enforce quality control standards and verify compliance with project specifications.
Candidate Requirements
- Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in civil construction projects.
- Strong background in building construction and site supervision.
- Proven ability to manage large teams and handle multiple tasks effectively.
- Must hold a valid CRPEP (Council for Regulating the Practice of Engineering Professions) license in Bahrain.
- Age below 40 years.
- Candidates must be currently in Bahrain and ready to join on short notice.
