Job Overview:
We are looking for a skilled Technician to repair, maintain, and service commercial cleaning machines. The ideal candidate will handle a variety of equipment, ensuring all machines operate efficiently and safely.
Key Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and repair electrical and mechanical faults in cleaning equipment.
- Perform preventive maintenance and routine servicing.
- Replace or repair faulty parts using proper tools and techniques.
- Test repaired machines for proper performance.
- Maintain accurate service and repair records.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting to customers and internal teams.
- Ensure compliance with safety and operational standards.
Equipment Handled:
- Vacuum machines
- Scrubbing machines
- Walk-behind scrubber driers
- Ride-on scrubber driers
- Sweeper machines
- Other electrical and electronic cleaning equipment
Requirements:
- Proven experience in repairing and maintaining commercial cleaning machines.
- Strong knowledge of electrical and electronic systems.
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and wiring diagrams.
- Skilled in using hand tools, diagnostic equipment, and testing instruments.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
- Valid driver’s license preferred (for on-site support).
- Basic computer skills for logging repair data and generating reports.
