We are seeking an experienced Counter Salesman for our building materials and hardware shop in Manama, Bahrain. This role is ideal for a professional with strong sales experience and excellent customer relationship skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle indoor sales for projects, traders, industrial clients, and individual customers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with purchase teams and business owners.
- Provide professional and efficient service to all customers.
- Assist in processing orders, quotations, and sales transactions.
- Support inventory management and ensure accurate record-keeping.
- Work independently and collaborate effectively with team members.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in sales within Bahrain, preferably in building materials or hardware.
- Fluent in English (reading, writing, and speaking); Arabic is an advantage.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Good computer literacy for handling orders and sales records.
- Self-motivated, hardworking, and results-driven.
- Must be currently working in Bahrain with a valid visa.
- Bahrain driving license is a plus.
