Key Responsibilities
Production Assistance
- Operate machinery, conveyors, and other equipment under supervision.
- Assemble products and parts according to instructions and specifications.
- Load and unload materials from machines, carts, and dollies.
- Feed materials into equipment for processing.
- Assist with tasks such as mixing ingredients or operating valves.
Equipment and Material Handling
- Transport raw materials, finished products, and supplies within the factory.
- Organize and store materials in designated areas.
- Perform routine maintenance on machinery, including cleaning and lubrication.
Quality and Safety
- Monitor production processes and inspect finished products for defects.
- Follow safety guidelines and wear protective gear.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace to prevent hazards.
- Report defective products, equipment issues, or safety hazards to supervisors.
General Support
- Collaborate with team members to meet production targets.
- Assist in training new workers as needed.
- Maintain production logs and document activities accurately.
Requirements
