We are seeking a skilled female office administrator / operations professional to join our team in Manama, Bahrain. This role involves managing office operations, supervising staff, and supporting administrative and HR processes.
Minimum Requirements:
- Must be residing in Bahrain with a transferable visa (no visit visa).
- Minimum 3 years of experience in office administration or operations.
- Knowledge of accounting and HR processes.
- Familiarity with LMRA, GOSI, SIJILAT, and related regulations.
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Experience in managing and delegating employees.
- Strong computer skills and adaptability to new technologies.
- Good research and analytical skills.
Added Value:
- Bahrain driving license with driving experience.
- Basic knowledge of Photoshop and Illustrator.
- Understanding of marketing research and social media.
