Job Description:
The Receptionist will manage front-desk operations, handle customer inquiries, assist with student registrations, and support basic office administration. The role requires good communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage records and payments accurately.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries and assist with student registrations
- Prepare invoices, quotations, and maintain accurate records
- Manage payments, receipts, and daily cash tracking
- Coordinate between instructors and clients
- Support basic office administration tasks as needed
Requirements:
- Female candidate only
- Strong communication and customer service skills
