Job Description:
The Ticketing Agent will handle airline reservations, ticket reissuance, cancellations, and provide accurate travel information to clients. The role requires excellent customer service, attention to detail, and the ability to manage bookings efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle airline ticket reservations, reissuance, and cancellations using Sabre and non-IATA booking portals
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate travel information and fares
- Coordinate with airlines to ensure smooth booking and ticketing operations
- Maintain records of issued tickets, refunds, and changes
- Assist clients with travel plans and provide professional support in a timely manner
Requirements:
- Filipino female applicants only
- Minimum 1 year of experience in airline ticketing or travel consultancy
- Strong knowledge of Sabre and other booking systems
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Organized, energetic, and detail-oriented
- Must be currently in Bahrain
Salary & Benefits:
- Starting from 250 BHD (negotiable based on experience)
