A leading company in Manama, Bahrain is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Assistant Sales Manager to join its team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Security Guard Services and Cleaning Services sales, with a proven ability to build and manage client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in the security and cleaning services sector.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate, retail, and residential clients.
  • Conduct market research to understand client needs and industry trends.
  • Prepare and deliver clear and convincing sales presentations and proposals.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve sales targets.
  • Work closely with the operations team to ensure smooth service delivery.

Requirements:
