Key Responsibilities
- Identify and secure corporate clients across sectors such as banks, corporates, institutions, luxury hospitality, and government.
- Develop customized gifting solutions that meet client needs and strengthen the brand.
- Lead seasonal sales campaigns, with a strong focus on Ramadan and other festive occasions.
- Build long-term relationships with decision-makers to ensure repeat business.
- Work closely with marketing and operations teams for smooth execution of orders.
- Meet and exceed annual sales targets to grow the B2B channel.
Requirements
- Proven experience in B2B sales, corporate gifting, FMCG, or luxury business development.
- Strong corporate network in Bahrain.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to perform under seasonal pressure.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field (MBA is a plus).
