We are looking for a Business Development Manager/Executive to lead our B2B gifting business in Bahrain. The role focuses on securing corporate and institutional clients, building strong relationships, and driving sales growth, especially during the Ramadan season.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and secure corporate clients across sectors such as banks, corporates, institutions, luxury hospitality, and government.
  • Develop customized gifting solutions that meet client needs and strengthen the brand.
  • Lead seasonal sales campaigns, with a strong focus on Ramadan and other festive occasions.
  • Build long-term relationships with decision-makers to ensure repeat business.
  • Work closely with marketing and operations teams for smooth execution of orders.
  • Meet and exceed annual sales targets to grow the B2B channel.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in B2B sales, corporate gifting, FMCG, or luxury business development.
  • Strong corporate network in Bahrain.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to perform under seasonal pressure.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field (MBA is a plus).
