We are looking for a Customs Clearance Coordinator to join our team in the Capital Governorate, Bahrain. This is a full-time, on-site role suitable for both freshers and interns who want to build a career in shipping, logistics, and documentation.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and process all required customs clearance documentation for import and export shipments.
- Coordinate with shipping lines, port authorities, freight forwarders, and related agencies to ensure smooth operations.
- Monitor shipment status and ensure timely clearance and delivery.
- Maintain accurate records and organize all customs-related files and documents.
- Support logistics and documentation tasks for company shipments and client shipments.
