Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct risk assessments and recommend ways to reduce hazards
- Develop and implement safe operational procedures
- Perform regular site inspections to ensure safety policies are followed
- Ensure all work practices comply with legislation and safety standards
- Prepare health and safety strategies and internal policies
- Lead training sessions for managers and employees on safety procedures and risk management
- Maintain records of inspections, incidents, and accidents, and produce reports with improvement suggestions
- Stay updated on Health and Safety Executive (HSE) regulations and industry developments
