We are looking for an experienced Land Surveyor to join our team in Manama, Bahrain. The Land Surveyor will perform field surveys, collect accurate data, and provide survey support for construction, engineering, and land development projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct field surveys using total stations, GPS receivers, levels, and other surveying equipment
- Collect accurate data on topography, boundary lines, elevations, and existing structures
- Ensure the accuracy and integrity of all survey data
- Process and analyze survey data using software such as AutoCAD Civil 3D or Trimble Business Center
- Prepare maps, plats, legal descriptions, and detailed survey reports
- Calculate areas, volumes, and other measurements required for projects
- Provide survey support for construction, engineering, and land development projects
- Collaborate with engineers, architects, and other professionals
- Conduct boundary surveys and stakeouts
- Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements
- Research and interpret land records and legal documents
- Maintain and calibrate surveying equipment for accuracy
Requirements:
- Diploma, Associate’s Degree, or Bachelor’s Degree in Land Surveying, Geomatics, or a related field
- 2–3 years of proven experience as a Land Surveyor
- Strong knowledge of surveying principles, techniques, and equipment
- Proficiency in surveying software (e.g., AutoCAD Civil 3D, Trimble Business Center)
- Ability to read and interpret maps, plats, and legal descriptions
- Excellent mathematical, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication, teamwork, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Experience in topographic, boundary, or construction surveys is a plus
