We are hiring a skilled IT Manager to lead and maintain the IT infrastructure of our hypermarket. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth operations, robust system security, and optimal performance across all departments.
Key Responsibilities:
- System and Network Management: Oversee daily administration of servers, networks, hardware, and software to ensure smooth operations.
- Technical Support: Provide troubleshooting and technical assistance to all departments, minimizing downtime.
- Project Leadership: Plan and execute IT projects including system upgrades, new implementations, and migrations.
- Security & Performance: Maintain and enhance system security, reliability, and overall IT performance.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in IT administration, preferably in a retail or hypermarket environment.
- Experience with ERP systems, especially Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, is highly desirable.
- Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, and network protocols.
- Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks independently while collaborating effectively with team members.
