About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced and energetic Keralite nanny/househelp under 45 years of age to support household and childcare duties in the Diplomatic Area. This is a 12-hour live-out position for candidates residing nearby.
Working Hours & Days:
- 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM, Fridays off (extra pay available if willing to work on Fridays)
- Paid trial days in November before joining.
- Official joining date: 1st December
Salary & Benefits:
- Salary: 240 BHD per month
- Food and transport not provided
- Paid trials available for assessment
Household Responsibilities:
- Prepare 3 or more meals daily for the family.
- Clean the entire house daily, including bathrooms.
- Handle laundry: washing, drying, and folding clothes.
- Water indoor plants.
- Complete all household chores before the child returns from school or during the child’s afternoon nap.
Childcare Responsibilities:
- Prepare and feed the child’s meals.
- Toilet training and hygiene care.
- Engage with the child through play and learning activities, primarily in Malayalam.
- Take the child to the building garden daily for 2–3 hours.
- Ensure the child’s safety and actively supervise him.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Experienced Keralite nanny/househelp, physically fit and energetic.
- Able to converse in basic English or Hindi.
- Must have a valid visa to work in Bahrain (no visa sponsorship provided).
- Residing in Hoora, Ras Ruman, or nearby areas.
- Must be able to attend a full-day trial before final selection.
