Operation Coordinator / Personal Assistant to GM – Palavra Resort, Manama, Bahrain

Palavra Resort, a five-star luxury destination in Manama, is seeking a highly organized and proactive Operation Coordinator / Personal Assistant (PA) to the General Manager. This role is ideal for someone passionate about hospitality excellence and smooth resort operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the General Manager in daily operations and strategic decision-making.
  • Coordinate communication across departments to ensure efficient workflow.
  • Manage schedules, correspondence, and confidential documents for the GM.
  • Follow up on pending tasks, departmental reports, and KPIs.
  • Assist in preparing presentations, reports, and internal communications.
  • Represent the GM in meetings and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
  • Liaise professionally with guests, suppliers, and business partners.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, or related field.
  • 2–3 years of experience in a similar role; hospitality experience preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Fluent in English; Arabic and/or French is a plus.
  • Professional appearance, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure.
