Job Overview:
We are looking for a talented and motivated Pizza Maker to join our growing team in Manama. The ideal candidate is passionate about pizza, creative, and committed to delivering high-quality food with excellent presentation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and bake a variety of pizzas and other menu items
- Develop and test new recipes to enhance the menu
- Manage inventory and ensure the kitchen is stocked with ingredients and supplies
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Train and mentor junior kitchen staff
- Assist in menu planning and development
- Follow all food safety and hygiene regulations
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a professional kitchen
- Strong knowledge of baking and pizza-making techniques
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a team
- Creative, innovative, and detail-oriented
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Flexible to work various shifts, including weekends
