Job Description:
The Sales Agent will handle daily customer interactions, manage inquiries, process orders, and coordinate with the delivery team to ensure timely order fulfillment. The role requires confidence, professionalism, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced office environment.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries and process 200–400 orders daily
- Follow up with delivery companies to ensure timely delivery
- Maintain accurate records of orders and customer interactions
- Provide excellent customer service in Hindi, English, and Urdu
- Work efficiently with strong typing and communication skills
Requirements:
- Fluent in Hindi and English (Urdu is an advantage)
- Fast typing speed and confident communication
- Smart, professional, and self-motivated
- Must be currently in Bahrain
