Your Role:
As Sales Manager, you will oversee regional sales operations, develop strategies for multiple channels, and lead a team to consistently exceed sales targets. You will use market insights to optimize sales performance and expand our distribution network.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies across retail, wholesale, and B2B channels.
- Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed targets.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to refine sales tactics.
- Collaborate with marketing and supply chain teams to ensure product availability and support promotions.
- Expand distribution networks and onboard new clients to increase market share.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of FMCG sales experience, preferably in non-food categories.
- Proven leadership experience in managing and scaling regional sales teams.
- Strong analytical skills and commercial strategy expertise.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Results-oriented, passionate about team development, and innovative in market approach.
