Job Description:
A leading café in Bahrain is looking for a skilled and passionate Senior Barista / Shift Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong coffee-making expertise, leadership abilities, and a commitment to delivering an exceptional customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve high-quality coffee and beverages following established recipes and standards.
- Supervise and support daily café operations to ensure smooth workflow and customer satisfaction.
- Train and mentor junior baristas on brewing techniques, service standards, and customer interaction.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee bar and equipment.
- Ensure consistent quality control and handle customer feedback professionally.
- Perform manual brewing methods, including V60 preparation.
Qualifications:
- Must be currently available in Bahrain.
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a barista, with at least 1 year in a senior or supervisory role.
- Strong knowledge of coffee brewing methods, beans, and equipment.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
- Flexible to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Passion for quality coffee and attention to detail.
Salary: BHD 200–260 (based on experience)
