Job Description:
We are looking for a Supervisor to manage and improve order fulfillment operations across supermarket retail branches. The ideal candidate will ensure accurate order processing, lead the team effectively, and maintain high standards of customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily fulfillment operations and ensure smooth workflows.
- Lead and support store supervisors and pickers to maintain efficiency and policy compliance.
- Supervise order processing and resolve issues related to picking errors.
- Monitor operations to reduce errors and improve order accuracy.
- Ensure timely and high-quality service for customers.
- Track team performance and implement improvements when necessary.
Qualifications:
- 3–4 years of experience in fulfillment management or retail operations.
- Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Must hold a FLEXI Visa.
Salary & Benefits:
- Salary: 240 BD per month
