A leading real estate and construction company in Bahrain is urgently looking for experienced Quantity Surveyors to join their growing team.
Job Responsibilities:
- Prepare quantity take-offs from drawings and project specifications.
- Develop accurate cost estimates and project budgets.
- Monitor and control construction costs during all project phases.
- Handle and reconcile variations, claims, and change orders.
- Prepare interim and final valuations.
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and contractors.
- Ensure all work meets construction standards and regulations.
- Calculate material quantities for different stages of construction.
- Track project progress and measure completed work against timelines.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Quantity Surveying.
- 5–7 years of experience in civil engineering or construction projects.
- Strong understanding of construction methods and materials.
- Skilled in quantity surveying software such as WinQS or CCS.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
