We are hiring an enthusiastic Customer Sales Representative (CSR) to manage customer inquiries, convert leads into enrollments, and promote our e-commerce training programs in the Saudi market.

Key Responsibilities
- Contact potential customers via phone, WhatsApp, email, and social media
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable training programs
- Follow up on leads and close sales
- Clearly explain course details, pricing, schedules, and delivery methods
- Maintain accurate lead and sales records in the CRM system
- Provide basic support and guidance to enrolled students
- Coordinate with marketing and training teams
- Achieve monthly sales targets
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum 1 year experience in telesales or customer sales
- Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills
- Fluency in English and Urdu/Hindi
- Experience in education or e-commerce training is an advantage
- Familiarity with Amazon and Shopify is a plus
- Understanding of the Saudi customer market preferred
- Ability to work independently in a target-driven environment
Salary
- SAR 2,000 (based on experience and performance)
