Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Heavy Truck Driver to support Aramco project sites. The driver will safely operate and maintain heavy trucks to transport materials, equipment, and personnel. This role requires adherence to Aramco safety standards, company policies, and timely delivery schedules.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate heavy trucks, including dump trucks, flatbeds, tankers, and specialized vehicles, across project sites.
- Ensure compliance with Aramco safety rules, site regulations, and traffic laws.
- Conduct pre-trip, en-route, and post-trip inspections of vehicles to ensure safety and operational readiness.
- Report mechanical issues or safety hazards promptly to the fleet supervisor.
- Maintain accurate logbooks and delivery records, including departure, arrival, and cargo details.
- Coordinate with logistics, operations, and warehouse teams for loading and unloading.
- Secure cargo and ensure proper weight distribution to prevent accidents.
- Attend mandatory safety briefings and complete required training.
- Follow preventive maintenance schedules and assist mechanics as needed.
- Respond to emergencies on-site according to Aramco protocols.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Valid Saudi Heavy Vehicle / LTV / Commercial Driving License.
- Minimum 3–5 years’ experience driving heavy trucks in industrial or oil & gas projects.
- Prior experience on Aramco project sites is preferred.
- Knowledge of site safety rules, traffic regulations, and HSE standards.
- Ability to perform minor truck maintenance and troubleshooting.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Flexible to work early mornings, evenings, or weekends if required.
Work Conditions:
- Field-based, often in remote or industrial areas.
- Exposure to heavy machinery, construction equipment, and outdoor conditions.
- Full compliance with safety procedures is mandatory.
