Experience Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in KSA
- Strong background in construction project management
- Proven leadership on large-scale civil or mechanical projects
Candidate Criteria
- Local hiring only
- Nationality: Indian
- Preferred regions: New Delhi, Mumbai, Uttar Pradesh
- Valid Iqama (minimum 3 months validity)
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and manage projects from start to finish
- Control schedules, budgets, and project scope
- Lead site teams, contractors, and vendors
- Monitor progress, quality, and safety compliance
- Identify and manage project risks
- Prepare progress reports and communicate with management
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and HSE standards
Skills & Tools
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Experience with MS Project or similar planning tools
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders
- Knowledge of KSA construction standards and practices
