Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support to users for hardware, software, and network issues
- Install, configure, and maintain computers, printers, and IT equipment
- Monitor and maintain IT systems, servers, and network infrastructure
- Troubleshoot desktop, laptop, email, and application issues
- Support user account management, access control, and basic security tasks
- Maintain IT documentation, asset records, and system logs
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers when required
Candidate Requirements
- Experience as an IT Officer, IT Support Engineer, or Helpdesk Engineer
- Good knowledge of Windows OS, basic networking, and IT hardware
- Understanding of LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, and troubleshooting techniques
- Ability to communicate clearly and support end users effectively
- Willingness to work across different project locations if required
