Job Responsibilities
- Handle daily shop sales operations
- Lead and manage the sales team
- Drive daily business and achieve monthly sales targets
- Monitor sales performance and improve branch revenue
- Coordinate staff schedules and customer service
- Prepare basic sales reports and follow up on targets
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of work experience in KSA
- Experience in retail shop sales or branch sales management
- Ability to speak Arabic and English
- Strong leadership and team-handling skills
- Must be currently available in Jeddah
- Immediate joining required
