Job Responsibilities
- Prepare variation orders and claims submissions to the client.
- Provide supporting documents and substantiation for submitted claims and variations.
- Follow up with the client to help move the approval process forward.
- Prepare subcontractors’ final accounts.
- Finalize variation orders with subcontractors.
- Finalize back charges and claims with subcontractors.
- Support fit-out commercial activities across the project.
Requirements
- Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in quantity surveying.naukrigulf
- Previous experience in GCC fit-out projects is required.
- Strong experience in variation orders, claims, subcontractor final accounts, and back charges.
- Must be locally available in Saudi Arabia.
- Must have a valid Iqama.
