Job Overview
We are urgently hiring an HSE Manager with offshore project experience for a long-term project in the Eastern Province of Saudi Arabia.
This role is ideal for experienced health, safety, and environment professionals who can manage offshore safety operations, ensure compliance, and lead safety teams on-site.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HSE policies and procedures
- Ensure compliance with offshore safety standards and regulations
- Conduct risk assessments, safety audits, and inspections
- Lead safety meetings, toolbox talks, and training sessions
- Monitor site activities to prevent accidents and hazards
- Investigate incidents and prepare safety reports
- Coordinate with project teams and management
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in offshore projects
- Proven experience as an HSE Manager or similar role
- Strong knowledge of HSE regulations and safety standards
- Experience in oil & gas or marine offshore projects preferred
